Regions

Hyperstack regions

A region represents a distinct physical location housing one or more data centers. Regions provide the flexibility to host your resources in various global locations, enhancing redundancy and stability by being isolated from one another. This isolation helps ensure that events like power outages, natural disasters, or network failures in one region do not impact resources in another. Within a region, you can establish environments to effectively organize your resources.

Currently, Hyperstack offers two regions: CANADA-1 in Canada and NORWAY-1 in Norway. If additional regions are added within these countries, such as NORWAY-2, they would be physically separate regions, potentially located in different data centers within the country. This separation further enhances the redundancy and stability of services hosted on the platform.

About Hyperstack datacenters

Hyperstack prioritizes the security and reliability of its infrastructure by housing data in Tier 3 certified data centers. These centers adhere to stringent guidelines for power redundancy, cooling, and system backups. Our data centers are concurrently maintainable, allowing for maintenance without service interruptions, and ensuring an annual uptime of 99.982%.

Additionally, our data centers undergo independent audits and hold SOC 2 Type II certification. This certification validates the implementation of robust controls for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of data.
